We passed through Wasilla north of Anchorage. We couldn't see Russia (okay I had to throw that one in).
Wasilla claims to be the re-start of the Iditarod. It starts in Anchorage. But that's just a symbolic start. It used to re-start in Wasilla, but they moved it to Willow a bit further north for more snow.
